Back at our favourite school… Webster Primary school this April working with the KS2 students to make electronic noise machines and their own sculptures. Each week we had a new experiment from jumping jack mobile phone vibrating drums to playing the music from the class room tap. We also ran listening excercises using the Greater Manchester Sound Archive samples and wonderful sound drawing activity. For the final session the group finished their noise machines and we improvised with them as a class orchestra (including space echo!) Thanks to Mr Jackson and all the children, so much fun.
